What We Do for You

Your dedicated contract processor will handle the following services with professionalism and precision:

• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy
• Analyze credit reports for late payments, derogatory accounts, bankruptcies, and other issues
• Run DU or LP as instructed and communicate AUS findings
• Order title, escrow, payoffs, insurance binders, HOA documents, and the appraisal
• Prepare and send initial disclosures and re-disclosures as needed
• Provide daily pipeline reports with real-time status updates on each file
• Create borrower introduction emails and provide weekly loan updates to agents (with you CC’d)
• Notify borrowers of all required documentation for loan submission and conditions (CC to broker)
• Obtain necessary VOEs, VOMs, VORs, and credit supplements
• Submit files to underwriting and clear all conditions
• Submit doc requests and coordinate closing once the file is CTC
• Send broker demand and invoices to escrow, and schedule signings
• Manage post-closing follow-up, including PTF conditions and loan funding
• Conduct a final post-close audit to ensure all documents are properly filed for record retention
